This policy explains what information The Full Blueprint collects, how it is used, and the choices you have — including how we handle mobile phone numbers and text messaging.

Who we are

The Full Blueprint is a wealth education and coaching program operated by Twenty-Five Media Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). This policy applies to thefullblueprint.com, our landing pages, forms, calculators, emails, and text messages.

Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, email address, mobile phone number, and city or state.
  • Information you enter into our forms, calculators, questionnaires, and applications — for example income range, employment type, property ownership, estimated home equity, and your goals.
  • Scheduling details when you book a call, and anything you tell us during that call.
  • Billing information if you enroll in a paid program. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page.
  • Identifiers set by cookies and similar technologies, including advertising and analytics pixels.

Information from other sources

  • Lead information you submit through an ad platform’s own form, such as a Meta lead form or a Google lead form extension.
  • Engagement data from our email, text, calendar, and customer relationship management providers, such as whether a message was delivered or opened.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive financial documents through this website. Do not upload them here.

How we use information

  • To respond to you, schedule and conduct calls, and answer questions.
  • To deliver the educational content, tools, and coaching services you request or enroll in.
  • To send you program updates, appointment reminders, and — where you have consented — marketing emails and text messages.
  • To personalize what we show you and to improve our content, tools, and website.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including conversion measurement on ad platforms.
  • To process payments, keep business records, and meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of our services.

Text messaging and mobile data

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment reminders, program updates, customer care replies, and marketing messages about The Full Blueprint. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services, such as our messaging platform and customer service tools, is permitted. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt back in. Reply START to resume. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at yemani@thefullblueprint.com or (305) 417-9375.

Records we keep

We keep a record of your opt-in and opt-out so we can honor your choice and meet our own compliance obligations. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email; use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop those.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as described below.

  • Service providers who work on our behalf and are bound to use the information only to serve us: our customer relationship and messaging platform, email and SMS delivery providers, scheduling software, payment processor, hosting and analytics providers, and professional advisors.
  • Coaching delivery — if you enroll, information you share may be handled by team members and contractors supporting your program.
  • Legal and safety — where we are required to by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfer — if the Company is merged, acquired, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from all sharing described above except delivery through our own messaging subcontractors.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure advertising. This includes tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel. These tools may set their own identifiers and may allow us to show you ads on other platforms.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described here — typically for the life of the client relationship and afterward as required for tax, accounting, contractual, and advertising compliance record-keeping. Opt-out and unsubscribe records are kept indefinitely so we can continue to honor your request.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, ask that we stop certain uses, and appeal a decision we make about your request. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email yemani@thefullblueprint.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting. Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights; California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Mortgage services are separate

The Full Blueprint provides education and coaching only. It is not a mortgage lender or broker, and nothing collected here is an application for credit. Mortgage origination services, if you ever pursue them, are provided by a separate licensed business operating under its own licensing, agreements, and privacy notice. If you choose to pursue a mortgage, the information you provide in that process is governed by that separate notice and by federal financial privacy law, not by this policy. Buying coaching is never required to obtain a mortgage, and obtaining a mortgage is never required to buy coaching.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of the page, and we will post the updated version here. Material changes will be communicated by email or text where appropriate.
