Agreement to these terms

The Full Blueprint is operated by Twenty-Five Media Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). By using this website, submitting a form, joining our email list, opting in to text messages, or using any of our tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

What we provide

We provide wealth education, planning frameworks, calculators, and coaching services focused on real estate ownership and long-term wealth building. Free content and tools on this site are provided for general educational use.

Education, not advice

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax preparer, registered investment adviser, or broker-dealer, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on this site, in our messages, or in our programs is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or property, or an opinion on your specific tax position.

Tax and legal outcomes depend on facts we do not control, including your income, filing status, state of residence, entity structure, material participation, and how a property is acquired and placed in service. State treatment can differ substantially from federal treatment. You are responsible for confirming any strategy with your own licensed CPA, tax attorney, or financial adviser before acting on it.

Mortgage services are separate

Mortgage origination, if you ever pursue it, is provided by a separate licensed business under its own licensing, disclosures, and agreements. The two are distinct businesses with separate contracts and separate payment flows. Purchasing coaching is not a condition of obtaining a mortgage, and obtaining a mortgage is not a condition of purchasing coaching. No fee is paid or received for the referral of settlement service business.

Results and illustrations

Any figures, projections, calculators, examples, case studies, or testimonials on this site are illustrations only. They are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of the results you will get. Calculator outputs are hypothetical, based on the assumptions you enter, and will not match your actual outcome. Individual results depend on market conditions, deal terms, your own tax situation, your level of participation, and factors outside anyone’s control. Past results of any client do not guarantee future results for you.

Paid programs and refunds

Enrollment in a paid program is governed by the separate written agreement you sign at the time of enrollment. That agreement controls the scope of services, fees, payment schedule, guarantee and refund terms, and cancellation rights. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls. Prices and program contents may change for future enrollments.

Text message program

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive messages from The Full Blueprint at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Program: The Full Blueprint, operated by Twenty-Five Media Group LLC.
• Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to your questions, program and account updates, and marketing messages about our services.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
• To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• For help: reply HELP, or contact yemani@thefullblueprint.com or (305) 417-9375.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
• Supported carriers: major U.S. carriers are supported; availability may vary.

You agree to notify us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned, and you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to opt in. How we handle mobile data is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Email communications

When you give us your email address, you agree to receive emails from us related to your request, plus educational and promotional emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not stop transactional messages about a program you are enrolled in.

Intellectual property

The website and everything in it — text, frameworks, workbooks, videos, calculators, graphics, and the names The Full Blueprint and The 25 Movement — are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use our free materials for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, republish, license, record, or distribute our paid materials, or use them to build or teach a competing program, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information, and only submit a phone number or email address you are authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use our materials or communications to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone.
• Do not share paid program credentials or materials with non-enrolled parties.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or to a program for violations of these terms.

Third-party links and tools

We may link to or recommend third-party professionals, vendors, and software — for example cost segregation providers, CPAs, attorneys, or scheduling tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their work, their fees, or their content. You engage them under their own terms and at your own discretion.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all free content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tax benefits, lost opportunities, or losses on any property or investment, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or free content is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Liability relating to a paid program is governed by your signed program agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and the updated version applies once posted. If you continue to use the site or our messaging program after an update, you accept the revised terms.
