I write the guides on this site and I coach the people working through the ten steps. My name means right hand, which is the seat I take with a family: it holds things up and does the work beside the person who gets the credit.
I teach one thing, in ten steps, to households who are earning well and paying a great deal of tax while their equity sits still. I am not a CPA and I do not file returns. I am not a lender and I never arrange financing. Whether any of it fits you is a question for your own CPA.
More about the program and why it is ten steps is on the About page.
